Fast, But Not Too Fast
We know you’re eager to get your hands on your Soulfire sauna, and we’re just as eager to get it to you. While we dispatch the majority of orders the very next business day (because we’re efficient like that), we kindly ask for up to two (2) business days to work our magic after payment.
Pre-orders? Same deal—once the stock lands, we’ll ship it out within two (2) business days. No need to chase us; we’re on it.
Address Accuracy: Your Responsibility, Mate
Double-check your shipping details like your sauna dreams depend on it. If you accidentally send us your ex’s address (awkward), you’ll need to cover any redirection costs. Unfortunately, once shipping labels are paid for, there’s no turning back—new labels mean new costs. So, get it right the first time, yeah?
Tracked, Signed, and Delivered
All orders are sent through trusty Australian courier networks. We always request a signature (because we like accountability), but couriers sometimes get a little rogue. If they find a secure spot, they might snap a quick photo and call it a day. Don’t worry, your sauna won’t be left in the wild.
Timing is Everything
Shipping times depend on how far you are from our Sunshine Coast HQ. For most of Australia, it’s typically 2-5 business days—quicker if you’re nearby, slower if you’re out in the sticks. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info.
