SOULFIRE SAUNA RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER

Acknowledgement of Risks:

I understand and acknowledge that using a wood-fired sauna involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to:

1. Heat Exposure: Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can lead to overheating, dehydration, heatstroke, or other heat-related illnesses.

2. Potential for Burns: Direct contact with the sauna's heating elements or surfaces can cause burns.

3. Fire Risk: The nature of a wood-fired sauna carries an inherent risk of fire.

4. Health Risks: If I have underlying medical conditions (such as heart disease, respiratory issues, or pregnancy), the risks associated with sauna use may be increased.

Assumption of Risk:

I hereby affirm that I am fully aware of the inherent hazards and risks associated with the use of a wood-fired sauna. I understand that these risks can lead to personal injury, property damage, or even death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the sauna, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others.

Release and Waiver of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to purchase and use the Soulfire sauna, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to seek compensation from Soulfire, its officers, agents, or employees (hereinafter referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of third parties or otherwise.

Acknowledgement of Understanding:

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to pursue legal action. I acknowledge that I am agreeing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my digital confirmation to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent permissible by law.
