We’re Dean and Holly, the team behind Soulfire Australia, proudly joined by our ridiculously charming (and slightly spoiled) furry son, Tommy—a blue Staffy who knows he’s the real boss around here.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll usually find us soaking up rays, living the beach dream, or hitting the open road to explore Australia’s epic outdoors. Big fans of all things health and wellness, we’re always on the hunt for ways to level up our well-being—and live life to the fullest.

Our Story  

Dean’s love affair with saunas started long ago, but paying for expensive gym memberships just to enjoy a good sweat session was starting to feel like daylight robbery. After scouring the Aussie market for a solution, he discovered the harsh truth: most saunas were either outrageously expensive or about as hot as a mild summer breeze. So, what did he do? He rolled up his sleeves and decided to make his own.

Dean envisioned a sauna that ticked all the boxes: portable, easy to set up, spacious, safe, and most importantly—capable of hitting scorchingly high temperatures. He dove headfirst into extensive testing and research, ensuring only the highest grade materials and VOC-free fabrics made the cut.

Fast forward to August 2023, and Australia’s first portable wood-fired sauna was born—the Soulfire Sauna: a premium, portable wood-fired stove paired with a high-quality insulated tent that turns your backyard (or the bush) into a wellness retreat.

Since then, Soulfire has brought the heat (literally) to hundreds of happy customers across Australia. And trust us—they’re all glowing!
